Cancellation Policy

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Distributor Portal, and no card is required to start. This gives you ample time to test the system before you pay anything. Because of this, MVRC Learning & Solutions does not offer refunds on subscription payments.

No refunds

Once a subscription payment has been made, it is non-refundable, without exceptions. This includes situations where you no longer want the service, did not use the portal, or forgot to cancel before the renewal date.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the portal. Cancelling stops all future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancelling.

Additional information
