Refund Policy

MVRC Learning & Solutions offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions to the Distributor Portal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at marf06@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Additional information

Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to orders placed through their checkout. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
